What materials do you use?
We use hypoallergenic and nickel free, plated gold or gold filled metals. Our materials are high quality metals, beads, clay, and components. Please visit our Jewelry Care page for suggestions on keeping your jewelry looking shiny and new.
Will any metals on my jewelry tarnish?
Gold filled is much more robust than gold plated. Gold filled can tolerate more moisture. Brass will tarnish but can easily be cleaned for a sparkling new look. We recommend following the Jewelry Care suggestions to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new.
Can I make a custom order?
Absolutely! We love working with our customers for a personalized piece, helping bring your vision to life. Please email BaublesofClay@gmail.com to discuss your creations.
How do I know what size to order?
Bracelets are made in 7 inches. That is the "standard" size for the industry. We can make the bracelets smaller or larger. You can measure your wrist and contact us at BaublesofClay@gmail.com with your size adjustment prior to your order.
For necklaces, most come in set sizes but we offer a few custom sizes. The options for length will be in the listing.
Do you offer shipping and/or Porch Pick Up?
We offer both. If you are local to Fort Myers and wish to save on the shipping costs, we can arrange a porch pick up. We do not offer delivery at this time.
How long will my order take?
Processing time is typically between 10-14 business days, plus shipping time.
Can I rush my order?
Orders can be rushed, for a fee of 25% of your order. Faster shipping can be arranged as well. If you need a rush order, please contact us at BaublesofClay@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products. If your jewelry is faulty or breaks within 90 days of the purchase date we would be happy to fix it or replace it.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! Currently we are in a retail store in Fort Myers, Florida. We would love to expand, locally or out of the area. Please email BaublesofClay@gmail.com to inquire about our wholesale program.
